GILI AIR
White sandy beaches, palm trees and a relaxed atmosphere create the
ambience of this quiet and small island. No cars or motorcycles are
allowed, transportation is provided by small, quaint horse carts and
bicycles. Many nice bungalow resorts are situated all over the
island. From the east, there is the possibility to see the sunrise
over Mount Rinjani (3726m) – Lombok and from the beaches in the
west, you can enjoy the sunset over Mount Agung (3142m) – Bali, a
scene not to be missed.
Accommodation is available starting from € 5 in simple bamboo
bungalows to the Gili Air Hotel at rates up to € 60 with
air-conditioning or fan. Dream Divers customers receive a special

dive base is located 5 minutes away from the harbour heading east.
The DREAM DIVERS dive base and shop was newly built in a traditional
naturalistic design in 2003. The base is situated on the left hand
of the harbour (5 minutes to walk).
